Near to Neu-bamberg some sedimentation of  wiesbach-gravel is situated. The agate-nodules which are able to be found are rounded and have smoothed edges, because they were transported a long distance. The long time working erosion did give them typical colours. Because of the little dimension of this deposits there were only a few nodules to find for the collectors. But it is worth the work - the agates are showing very interesting patterns: Here at this location occasionally pseudomorps after radiating aggregates are common.
